I would like to provide some information on Standard Waterproofing Corp. We offer a variety of services to satisfy our clients. Standard Waterproofing Corp. has been in the roofing and waterproofing business since 1979. We provide complete building restoration services. In the past we have enjoyed great success in our contracts for various Landmarks doing Local Law 11 repairs, masonry pointing, caulking, brickwork and all types of exterior restoration.
In addition, we are approved applicators for all major roof manufacturers offering ten and twenty year NDL (No Dollar Limit) roof system guarantees. We have a field force totaling more than 180 men including 18 roving foremen. All our men receive rigorous training in required safety measures. Standard Waterproofing Corp. does not subcontract any work to other contractors.
We are licensed riggers and have Twelve Million Dollars of insurance including full workers’ compensation. Our high quality service is assured because we have experienced foremen on all jobs at all times who are fully licensed and bonded. All our job-site supervisors and foremen are equipped with two-way radios. We also provide our clients with 24-hour emergency service through radio-dispatched vehicles.
